Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using EZAI (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Pillai InfoTech LLP.

2. What we provide

EZAI is a software-as-a-service AI chatbot platform. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your legitimate business purposes while your subscription is active.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you upload and for all activity on your account.
  • You must not use the Platform for illegal activity, spam, harassment or distributing malware.
  • You must follow the laws that apply to you, including data protection laws for the visitors who chat with your widget.
  • You must not reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Platform or its APIs.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We do not refund partly used billing periods unless the law requires it.

We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. If you keep using the Platform after that, the new price applies.

5. AI-generated content

The Platform uses AI models to write replies, and those replies can sometimes be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing them and for what your widget tells your visitors. We are not liable for harm caused by AI replies.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited licence to use it only to provide the service. The Platform’s software, design and branding belong to Pillai InfoTech LLP.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

8. Ending your account

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes.
